The Relationship Assessment is a structured, 3-phase coaching process designed to help partners elevate communication and effectively navigate interpersonal challenges.
Phase 1
After completing three targeted assessment instruments, partners attend a collaborative session focused on communication dynamics, exploring key personality similarities and differences.
Phase 2
Each partner engages in focused individual sessions to address personal behavioral traits that may be hindering relational growth.
Phase 3
Partners reunite to address the dynamics identified in Phase 2, learning actionable strategies to break unproductive cycles and rebuild trust. Coaching continues until strong alignment and closeness are fully established.

It has been recognized as the industry's most comprehensive and in-depth system. Career Match evaluates aptitudes in three distinct areas: interests, values, and natural talents, whereas most other systems evaluate only one or two of these categories.
These aptitudes are then cross-matched against more than 90,000 career options. The top ten matches are featured, including detailed organization descriptions as well as recommended job titles within those organizations. The results are pre-coded to facilitate a link to an exhaustive list of compatible names of companies and organizations in your city, with data that is updated on a weekly basis.
